About
I am a Professor Emeritus in the Vancouver School of Economics and an Associate of the Institute for Oceans and Fisheries at the University of British Columbia.
My main research interest is in the economics management of world fishery resources, which has led me to do work for the FAO of the UN, the OECD and the World Bank.
